Charis Consultancy Services was established in 1999 with the aim of providing “Charis” to organisations and individuals. This Greek word means “to come alongside and give support to” and with the provision of quality consultancy, training, development and assessment services, that is what we have done and continue to do for clients across all sectors in the UK and ROI.
The company is accredited with both City and Guilds and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) to provide training and NVQ assessment across a range of awards. Since its inception in 1999, our Assessment Centre has consistently been awarded a Grade “A” for the quality of its management systems and service delivery. In 2007 we achieved the status of Recognised Practice with the Institute of Business Consultancy (IBC). We also won an IBC Consultancy Award in 2007, the only Company in NI to do so in terms of the quality of our Consultancy relationship with clients.
Over the last six years we have become the leading specialists in mentoring and coaching for managers and executives. We have provided mentoring and coaching across a wide range of discipline; on a one-to-one and group basis for individual and corporate clients.
As a company and as professionals, we have membership status ranging from Fellowship to Associate membership with a range of professional bodies. In obtaining such membership status, corporately and individually we have been assessed to have the necessary professional qualifications, competencies, skills, practices and ethics within the disciplines of:
